Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions using Omnistudio and Salesforce CPQ.
2. Architecture Development: Create and maintain the architectural roadmap for the Communication Cloud, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
3. Integration: Design and implement integrations between Omnistudio, Salesforce CPQ, and other relevant systems to ensure seamless data flow and information exchange.
4. Customization: Develop and configure Omnistudio and Salesforce CPQ components to meet specific business needs, including custom workflows, templates, and automation.
5. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring they follow best practices and adhere to architectural standards.
6. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the Communication Cloud architecture for improved efficiency.
7. Security and Compliance: Ensure that security measures and compliance requirements are met by implementing appropriate controls and security features.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of security best practices and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) are highly desirable.
