Roles & Responsibilities:

 Understand salesforce architectural requirements and should be able to develop technical solutions based on functional requirements
 Responsible for application design, solution and development using the Salesforce stack
 Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation and developing lightning components according to application requirements.
 Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practice
 Understanding of Salesforce offerings to position them in relevant solution design
 Interacting and presenting the solution walkthrough to all the stakeholders
 Working closely with internal teams/vendors/ partners to develop appropriate customer experience
 Perform code reviews and debug source code to help team members deliver good quality code
 Contribute towards technical documentation & building prototypes
 Support and train new team members on the salesforce application

Desired Skills & Experience:

 8-12 years of professional experience, with at least 6+ years in Salesforce
 Successfully executed at least 2 Salesforce projects in agile mode end to end in a technical lead capacity
 Hands-on technical experience in LWC, AURA, and APEX.
 Hands-on experience in Integrations using REST / SOAP / Bulk API etc.
 Good experience using SFDX tools for development and deployment
 Should be proficient in the Salesforce lightning platform and community
 Should be proficient in Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
 Good communication skills
