Job Description:
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting modules such as Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, etc.
Hands-on experience with scripting languages like AngularJS and JavaScript, along with proficiency in web services (REST, SOAP), XML, and JSON.
Experience in integrating third-party systems (e.g., Active Directory, Google Workspace, Slack, SharePoint).
Skilled in creating reports and dashboards on the ServiceNow platform.
Familiarity with ITIL practices (Change, Incident, Problem Management), hardware and software asset management, and ticketing systems.
Hands-on experience with Virtual Agent and Portal Development
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
Experience with instance cloning and upgrades, including maintaining Access Control Lists (ACL).
Knowledge of Scoped and Mobile applications within the ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency with core ServiceNow components such as the Automated Discovery Tool, Service Catalog, Discovery, and Knowledge Management.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating a collaborative mindset.
Service-oriented approach with a proactive attitude toward issue resolution and a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8-10 years of overall experience in the field.
