Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into structured data models and insightful visualizations.
Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) through Power BI dashboards and reports.
Design and implement both qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure and improve performance.
Assess business processes, identify gaps, and develop data-driven solutions.
Communicate analytical findings effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Collect and synthesize stakeholder inputs to ensure alignment of data solutions with business goals.
Manage project priorities and ensure timely delivery of analytics outputs.
Lead end-to-end Power BI responsibilities: solution design, development, migration, administration, security, and DevOps.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies in analytics and automation.
Educational Requirements:
Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 8 years of hands-on experience in data analysis.
Background in transportation, warehousing, or related domains is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills & Competencies:
Expertise in Azure Cloud and big data technologies.
Strong understanding of both on-premise and cloud-based databases, ETL/ELT frameworks.
Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, formatting, and scheduling.
Familiarity with BI platforms, advanced Excel functions, and Office 365 suite.
