Roles and Responsibilities
- Track and measure online activities and marketing campaigns
- Generate leads through various web, industry, and other commercial sources
- Track competitor activity by being up to date with market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
- Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest to use our products
- Identify new clients, build and maintain business relationships with partners, initiate contact in the first instance, support the sales process and achieve sales goals
- Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan
- Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity
- Visit clients at their place, explain the organization and service/products and convert to business
- Document and report sales activities using an advanced CRM tool
