Primary Responsibilities
CIAM & SSO Implementation
Design and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) with support for language and regionbased routing.
Implement user registration processes, account linking features, profile updates, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Create workflows to manage privacy policy acknowledgments, account deletions, custom login interfaces, and GST validations.
Set up role-based access and administrative tools for managing licenses and user invitations.
Salesforce Platform Configuration
Customize both standard and custom Salesforce objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and Work Orders.
Define and configure Opportunity stages, approval mechanisms, validation rules, and notification systems.
Develop tailored fields, user layouts, and configure profiles, roles, and sharing settings.
System Integration & Data Handling
Integrate Salesforce with SAP for handling quote creation and sales order processing.
Develop or enhance REST APIs for user provisioning and supporting business logic.
Manage data flows using AWS Central Data Lake (CDL) and MongoDB, along with integration of external platforms like Smartshop and Smartcom.
Perform CRM data migration, cleanup, and validation from legacy systems.
Training, Testing & Deployment
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide dedicated support during postlaunch stabilization.
Deliver hands-on training sessions and produce supporting documentation for endusers and technical teams.
Coordinate change management activities with internal stakeholders to ensure adoption and smooth transitions.
Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud.
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, and Process Builder.
Proven track record integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms (particularly SAP and REST APIs).
Deep understanding of CIAM principles including SSO, OAuth, Auth0, GDPR compliance, and MFA.
Practical experience with data security, audit trails, and field-level access permissions.
Familiarity with Builder.io, MongoDB, and AWS S3/CDL is highly desirable.
Excellent skills in documentation, client communication, and leading workshops.
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Preferred Salesforce certifications:
– Salesforce Administrator
– Sales Cloud Consultant
– Service Cloud Consultant
– Platform Developer I / II
– CIAM/Identity & Access Management-related certifications (desirable)

• Location: Primarily based in India, with deliverables tailored for Turkey and KSA regions
