Key Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP TM and TM-CSL modules.
Collaborate with business units to gather and assess requirements related to transport and shipping operations.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system configurations.
Configure SAP TM-CSL functionalities including freight orders, carrier selection, charge management, and container logistics.
Support system integration with SAP S/4HANA and third-party logistics platforms.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot post-deployment issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Deliver training and prepare end-user documentation and support materials.
Stay informed on SAP developments and trends in the logistics and shipping industry.
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP TM or SAP TM-CSL solutions.
Solid understanding of transportation planning, execution, and freight cost settlement.
Experience working in global SAP projects and cross-functional environments.
Knowledge of container shipping processes and logistics operations.
Strong expertise in TM-CSL functionality.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
Background in logistics, supply chain, or maritime industries.
SAP certification in TM or related modules.
