Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and support SAP TM/CSL applications using ABAP.
Translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with functional teams.
Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Optimize existing code for improved performance and scalability.
Lead integrations with SAP and external systems.
Implement automation and continuous improvements aligned with business goals.
Guide junior developers and ensure best coding practices.
Stay updated with SAP TM/CSL trends and innovations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5–8 years of SAP ABAP experience, with strong focus on TM/CSL.
Experience with integration, logistics processes, and shipping domain.
SAP ABAP certification preferred; TM/Integration certifications a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
