Contact Discovery (CDQA) Voice Process B2B

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Research:
   • Contact Discovery through various platforms.
   • Core research and analysis of target companies across various Industries.
   • Outbound Calls for Lead Generation (WP).
2. Company Profiling:
   • Profile companies based on key data such as employee size, industry, annual revenue, location, and domain.
   • Create detailed company reports for internal and client use.
3. Data Management:
   • Manage and organize data over Excel and CRM platforms.
   • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reporting formats.
   • Gather and validate information such as official emails, direct/mobile numbers, job titles, locations, and current companies for targeted contacts.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data management, sorting, filtering, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data management platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
