Key Responsibilities
Client Consulting & Solution Design
• Consult clients and prospects to assess current-state digital marketing operations across
channels such as paid media, SEO, social media, content, and marketing automation.
• Identify optimization and transformation opportunities across people, process,
technology, and marketing operating models.
• Conduct discovery and solutioning workshops with client stakeholders, including
marketing, CX, analytics, IT, and business leaders.
• Design end-to-end DMO transformation solutions to improve campaign performance,
customer engagement, and ROI.
• Act as a key solutioning partner to the SVP – DMO, supporting strategic pursuits,
complex deals, and account expansion initiatives.
New Deal & Presales Solutioning
• Partner with sales and presales teams on new deal pursuits, RFPs, and proactive
proposals.
• Shape solution narratives, win themes, and value propositions aligned with client
marketing and growth objectives.
• Support commercial solutioning, including effort estimation, channel mix strategy,
operating model design, and alignment with pricing and margin expectations.
• Lead solution presentations and client discussions through proposal and deal closure
stages.
Existing Account Growth & Expansion
Work closely with delivery and account teams to identify growth opportunities within
existing digital marketing engagements.
• Design expansion, transformation, and performance-driven solutions to drive incremental
revenue and improved campaign outcomes.
• Support account planning by providing digital transformation roadmaps and marketing
innovation ideas.
Transformation, Automation & GenAI
• Leverage marketing automation, analytics, AI tools, and generative AI to improve
campaign effectiveness, personalization, and efficiency.
• Translate GenAI and automation capabilities into practical use cases such as content
generation, campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and performance insights.
• Ensure solutions balance innovation with execution feasibility, brand governance, and
compliance.
Delivery Alignment & Execution Readiness
• Act as a key solutioning partner to the SVP – DMO on strategic initiatives and complex
engagements.
• Collaborate with delivery, transition, and capability teams to ensure solutions are
executable and scalable.
• Define high-level transition approaches, governance models, KPIs, and success metrics
(e.g., CAC, ROI, conversion rates).
• Ensure proposed solutions align with delivery capabilities, tools, and long-term growth
strategy
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience in digital marketing, with exposure to channels such as paid media,
SEO, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation.
• 8–10 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in solutioning, presales, consulting, or
digital marketing strategy roles.
• Proven ability to engage and communicate with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience translating business and marketing challenges into clear, value-driven digital
solutions.
• Working knowledge of marketing tech stacks (e.g., CRM, CDP, automation platforms),
analytics tools, and generative AI in a marketing context.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and solution articulation skills.
