Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Salesforce B2B Commerce Implementation:
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud
solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements.
• Customize and develop Salesforce B2B Commerce features and functionalities.
• Configure pricing, products, catalogues, and promotions within the B2B Commerce
platform.
2. Integration and Data Management:
• Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce with other systems, such as ERP and CRM.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through data cleansing and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and data synchronization.
3.User Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their use of the Salesforce B2B
Commerce platform.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
related to B2B Commerce. Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
5.Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features and best practices.
• Propose and implement enhancements to optimize the B2B Commerce platform’s
performance and user experience.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Developer or equivalent certification is highly
preferred.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud
solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related technologies.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Apex programming.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
