Key Responsibilities:1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and objectives.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify improvements and system enhancements.

2. Salesforce Configuration & Solution Design

• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards).
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with best practices.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers for custom development when necessary.

3. Testing, Training & User Adoption

• Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionality and performance.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions with end-users.
• Provide training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Support change management efforts and act as a Salesforce advocate within the organization.

4. Project Management

• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
