🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Configure, manage, and optimize SNP Glue replication jobs
• Monitor SAP-to-Snowflake data pipelines for failures, latency, and CDC issues
• Troubleshoot replication errors and ensure uninterrupted data flow
• Handle initial full load and ongoing delta replication processes
• Validate replicated data in Snowflake against SAP source systems
• Manage schema changes in SAP and ensure proper downstream impact handling
• Improve performance for high-volume and business-critical datasets
• Collaborate with SAP technical teams and Data Engineers for integration
• Maintain documentation of configurations, issues, and resolutions
🔹 Required Skills
SNP Glue:
• Hands-on experience with SNP Glue configuration and administration
• Strong knowledge of CDC (Change Data Capture)
• Full load and delta replication concepts
• Job monitoring, orchestration, and troubleshooting
• Performance tuning and error handling
• Schema change management
SAP (ECC / S/4HANA):
• Understanding of SAP data structures and architecture
• Experience with SAP Tables, CDS Views, and Extractors
• Knowledge of SAP modules like MM, SD, FI/CO
• Familiarity with organizational elements (Company Code, Plant, Sales Org, etc.)
Snowflake:
• Experience in validating and working with Snowflake data models
• Understanding of data mapping from SAP to Snowflake
• Basic knowledge of Snowflake schemas and table structures
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering / ETL / SAP data integration
• Hands-on experience with SNP Glue for SAP ECC / S/4HANA to Snowflake replication
• Strong knowledge of SAP data structures and Snowflake environments
• Good understanding of CDC, full load, and delta replication concepts
• Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing data pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication abilities
