Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including but not limited to, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security controls
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend the functionality of Salesforce and integrate with other systems
  • Design and build Lightning components and applications using Salesforce Lightning Framework
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts to enhance user experience and productivity
  • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce implementations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
  • Perform data migration and data cleansing activities as required
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements and evaluate their applicability to our organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices
