Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Research: Identify potential clients and decision-makers in the IT industry using LinkedIn, databases, and other lead generation tools.
Cold Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to engage and nurture leads. Lead Qualification: Assess IT sales leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality leads to the sales team. CRM Management: Maintain and update customer data in CRM platforms like Hub-spot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM. IT Market Analysis: Stay updated on IT trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with IT sales goals. Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics such as response rates, lead conversion, and campaign performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and digital prospecting tools. Ability to handle objections and build strong client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B IT sales lead generation. Familiarity with lead enrichment tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or Lusha. Work Environment &
