• Hands-on experience on at least one Cloud platform, preferably on Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with one or more popular configuration management tools.
• Understanding of network service concepts in cloud

• Understanding of cloud security compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with architecting virtual computing based infrastructures
• Hands-on experience on any of scripting languages is preferred
• At least one professional certification

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Designing cloud-based architectures that are scalable, reliable, resilient, and secure
2. Selecting appropriate cloud services
3. Conducting comprehensive analysis on existing architecture
4. Develop migration strategies for migrating from cloud and/or on-premise to cloud and/or on-premise.
5. Assess readiness and dependencies for migrations and deployments from/to cloud
6. Optimize workloads
7. Ensure security controls and adherence to compliances
8. Establish the monitoring framework for availability, performance, and security threats and devise and execute remedial strategies
9. Participate in security and availability assessments and devise and execute remedial strategies
10. Participate in DR exercises and devise and execute remedial strategies
11. Participate in design of integrations with external data sources and systems and resolve any challenges thereof
12. Anticipation of growth requirements and ensuring the plan in place for capacity additions
