Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through various sources such as online research, networking events, industry contacts, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and requirements to present suitable products/services and value propositions.
- Conduct effective product/services presentations and demonstrations to clients, addressing their concerns and objections.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare agreements or contracts like MSA, SOW etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and Recruitment, to ensure smooth client on boarding and project implementation.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to nurture relationships, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and address any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
