You will work on:

• Execute and drive multiple UXD projects by diagnosing business and user
• Apply all pieces of user-centered design methodology and
• Plan and conduct primary and secondary
• Convert user insights into concept designs that are not only compelling but are contrasting ideas looking at business challenges from various angles.
• Design and manage all interaction design activities including visual design coordination with global
• Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design principles and rationale.
• Lead other designers and guide them to deliver the best user Guide them, review frequently, and set the bar.

You will love the role if you have:

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in all user-centred design
• Expert level, knowledge of UCD methodology, information, architecture, navigation, models and interaction design principles.
• Experience in complex system mapping, process mapping, Audits, competitive landscaping, User research, design for iterative testing, Wire-framing functionality for features and content, Component- based design development, Navigation systems design, Creating sitemaps, Process and specifications documentation
• Prototyping skills with a familiarity of 2-3 tools, having advanced experience with at least 1 tool
• Low-fidelity prototyping skills (i.e. InVision and XD)
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation and client relations skills.
• Ability to trigger business discussions with program managers and C-suite
• A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions and maintain
• Deeper eagerness for observing human behaviour, and synthesising insights into

Ability to manage timelines efficiently while receiving strategic and tactical directions from project stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science (BE/MCA/MCM etc.)
