Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and testing frameworks for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with project timelines and organizational goals.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers and other QA engineers to identify and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle, promoting a culture of quality.

Regularly conduct risk analysis and impact assessments to proactively address potential quality concerns, utilizing tools such as TestRail and Browser Stack for documentation and automation.
•
Mentor and train team members on best practices in testing and QA methodologies while ensuring adherence to global compliance standards (e.g., SOC, ISO, GDPR).
Key Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 12+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
•
Extensive experience with AWS services, web technologies (C#, MVC, Angular), mobile development (Java, Golang), and databases (MS-SQL, MongoDB, Aurora).
•
Proven track record of implementing QA automation and security practices, with expertise in DevOps tools including GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker.
•
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and independently to solve complex technical issues and enhance product quality.
