· Plan and test the ongoing product development packages and enhancements.
· Implement best practices for test planning, test case design, and test execution.:
o Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various releases as well as client implementations.
o Execute test cases and perform thorough regression testing to validate software quality.
o Identify and report defects, track their resolution, and ensure their closure.
o Work closely with different stakeholders to identify opportunities for test automation.
o Maintain and configure test environments to simulate production conditions.
o Participate in the planning meetings and provide QA input in order to make the product better.
o Communicate QA progress, results, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
· Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium and scripting languages.
· Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with global teams.
