● Working in the Core AI team for developing Generative AI models, frameworks and libraries enabling the team to build Generative AI applications.
● Continuously evaluate and Improve the performance, accuracy, reliability, and scalability of Gen AI models.
● Stay up-to-date on Advancements in LLMs and Generative AI Space.

● At least 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs).

● Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques, current state of generative
models, and engineering techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
