• RSA Administration:
  • Manage and maintain the RSA Authentication Manager and Security Console.
  • Configure and troubleshoot RSA tokens, including hardware and software tokens.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of RSA systems by monitoring system health and performing regular upgrades and patches.
  • Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions to enhance security controls.
• SailPoint Administration:
  • Administer and maintain the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, ensuring smooth operation of identity governance and provisioning processes.
  • Develop and deploy connectors for onboarding applications to the SailPoint platform.
  • Create and manage workflows, roles, and policies within SailPoint for access reviews and certifications.
  • Perform regular audits and compliance checks to ensure alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Active Directory Integration (Preference):
  • Leverage Active Directory expertise to integrate and manage AD accounts within RSA and SailPoint platforms.
  • Ensure synchronization between AD and IAM platforms, ensuring up-to-date user account information, group policies, and access permissions.
  • Assist in troubleshooting AD-related issues, including user access, group memberships, and security policies.
• Security and Compliance:
  • Work closely with security teams to ensure all IAM solutions meet security requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular security audits and participate in incident response as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest security vulnerabilities and patches for IAM platforms.
• Collaboration and Support:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, IT Infrastructure, HR, etc.) to enhance and streamline identity management processes.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for IAM-related issues and escalations.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for IAM processes.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in administering RSA and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Experience in managing multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory (AD), including user management, group policies, and security configurations.
  • Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
