Salesforce Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architecture reviews.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade OmniStudio solutions.
• Develop and optimize Apex components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• 14+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise in Apex Development, including:
  • Triggers
  • Asynchronous Apex
  • Batch Apex
  • Queueable Apex
• Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Integration Procedures and REST API integrations.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Salesforce Data Model
  • Security Model
  • Sharing & Visibility
  • Performance Optimization
• Experience designing and implementing Enterprise-Scale OmniStudio Solutions.
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party and enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using:
  • SFDX
  • Git
  • Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
