Primary Skill :- Airline Industry Systems, Reservation Systems,BOT & Automation Technologies,Systems Integration & API Knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for BOT initiatives.
Collaborate with UX designers to create effective conversation flows and user journeys.
Work closely with vendor and internal developers to clarify requirements, review designs, and participate in development discussions.
Ensure seamless integration of BOT solutions with airline systems such as Reservation Systems, Departure Control Systems, and Loyalty Platforms.
Define and validate API requirements, data mapping, and system workflows.
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
Monitor BOT performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Technical skills required :-
Proven experience with airline systems such as Reservation Systems, Departure Control Systems, and Customer Engagement Platforms.
Strong understanding of automation technologies and conversational AI (ChatBOT, EmailBOT, VoiceBOT).
Ability to translate complex business processes into structured technical specifications.
Cross-functional collaboration and vendor management skills to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in business analysis for automation, AI, or BOT projects.
Knowledge of airline systems (Reservations, DCS, Loyalty).
Familiarity with conversational AI platforms
Strong understanding of APIs, JSON/XML, and data validation.
Proficiency in Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
