• Design, develop, test, and document scalable, high-quality business solutions to be built on the Salesforce platform, specifically Financial Services Cloud.
• Participate in and facilitate customer requirements and solution design workshops.
• Capture and map business requirements to system/technical requirements and identify gaps and risks.
• Advise customers on the overall enterprise architecture, where Salesforce fits in, and assist in developing overall architectural strategy.
• Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing.
• Understand the technical depth of the project and validate the correct resources.
• Manage and participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
• Recommend alternative approaches, analyze impacts, and provide sizing estimates.
• Lead design and code reviews.
• Analyze and mitigate bugs and issues.
• Lead release planning and deployment.
• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing.
• Support pre-sales engagements, estimates, and solution design and can articulate what requirements have changed.
• Write technical specifications (for custom development, system integration, etc.) jointly with the developer team.
• Document build plans and delegate work to developers and consultants.
• Work closely with our clients to assess their current architecture and architect solutions that meet their needs.
• Articulate the value of recommended solutions and approach to customers.
