Job Description

  • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Clearly understand and articulate KPO service offerings (Research, Analytics, Finance & Accounting, Legal Processes, Data Management, etc.) to prospects.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and interaction history.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Prepare and share introductory proposals, quotations, and capability decks with prospective clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to align client requirements with service capabilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects, verticals, and business opportunities.
  • Actively participate in webinars, campaigns, and industry events to drive inbound interest.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-up and value-based communication.
