Key Responsibilities:
• MDM Architecture & Solution Design:
Lead the design and architecture of Informatica MDM solutions on IDMC, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet business requirements. Define MDM strategy, data governance, and data modeling frameworks for the organization.
• Implementation Leadership:
Oversee the implementation of IDMC-based MDM solutions, from configuration to deployment, ensuring high-quality solutions that drive business transformation.
• Cloud Data Integration & Optimization:
Manage the integration of MDM with cloud applications and enterprise systems using Informatica Cloud Data Integration and Cloud Application Integration. Optimize data flows and processes for performance and scalability.
• Data Governance & Security:
Implement robust data governance and data security practices in alignment with IDMC capabilities, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Mentorship & Leadership:
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them through complex MDM scenarios, and helping them optimize IDMC workflows.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work with business analysts, architects, and other technical teams to ensure the MDM solution aligns with enterprise-wide data strategies and business objectives.
• Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement:
Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex MDM issues in IDMC, ensuring issues are resolved quickly. Proactively identify and implement improvements for optimizing MDM solutions and data workflows.
• Documentation & Reporting:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for MDM solutions, including system architecture, configurations, and data workflows. Provide regular status updates to leadership on MDM initiatives.
