**Key Responsibilities**
– Identify and research prospective clients (US/UK/domestic markets) via various channels
– Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn InMail, cold calling) to generate qualified leads
– Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for leadership
– Maintain and update CRM (Zoho CRM) with accurate lead and pipeline data
– Coordinate with the delivery/technical team to align pitches with capabilities
– Track and report on outreach metrics
– Support proposal and follow-up communication with prospects
**Requirements**
– 1–2 years of experience in inside sales/business development, preferably in IT services or staffing
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
– Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
**Good to Have**
– Prior experience selling to US/international clients
– Understanding of IT staffing/software development services
– Exposure to prospecting platforms
