Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for ServiceNow-related roles
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
  • Source candidates through:
    • Job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Social media and professional networks
    • Employee referrals and internal databases
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on:
    • Technical skills
    • Experience and project exposure
    • Communication and cultural fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closures
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, pipeline status)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring proces
