IT Recruiter – ServiceNow

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for ServiceNow-related roles
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for positions such as:
  • ServiceNow Developer
  • ServiceNow Administrator
  • ServiceNow Architect
  • ServiceNow Business Analyst
  • ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Specialists
• Use various sourcing channels like:
  • LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, internal databases, referrals
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates on:
  • Technical skills
  • Project experience
  • Communication and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
• Manage offer negotiation, follow-ups, and onboarding process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates
• Build talent pipelines for recurring ServiceNow requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
