Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Research & Prospecting

Identify potential IT clients and key decision-makers using LinkedIn, internal databases, and lead generation tools.

Outbound Engagement

Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build and nurture qualified prospects.

Lead Qualification

Evaluate prospects against defined criteria and forward sales-ready leads to the sales team.

CRM & Data Management

Accurately record, update, and manage client information in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor movements to optimize lead generation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business and revenue goals.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Measure and analyze outreach effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and campaign performance metrics.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and digital prospecting tools
  • Ability to manage objections and establish long-term client relationships
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in B2B IT sales or lead generation
  • Working knowledge of lead enrichment tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or Lusha
