Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) – Advanced troubleshooting (mail flow, hybrid issues, Teams voice/video) – Azure AD / Entra ID (user lifecycle, MFA, conditional access) – Security & compliance basics (Defender, DLP, audit logs) – PowerShell basics for M365 administration – Incident management & RCA preparation – Experience with ticketing tools – Understanding of SLA, escalation matrix, and should have good english communication skills for customer communication – Willingness to work in rotational shifts
