Rust Developer(freelancer / consultant)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in Rust development.
• 3+ years of overall software development experience.
• Deep understanding of Rust’s ownership model, borrowing, and lifetimes.
• Experience with Rust frameworks and libraries.
• Proficiency in Rust’s testing ecosystem, including unit, integration, and property-based testing.
• Knowledge of multi-threading and asynchronous programming in Rust.
• Ability to refactor and optimize Rust code without introducing regressions.
• Strong debugging skills, including fixing memory and concurrency issues.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
