Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Own end-to-end sales cycles for Salesforce services, products, and solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the Salesforce portfolio across global markets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with international enterprise clients.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and solution-based selling.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into appropriate Salesforce solutions.

Salesforce Expertise

  • Position and pitch Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to craft winning proposals, RFP responses, and solution demos.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce trends, releases, and partner ecosystem opportunities.

Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management for the Salesforce business.
  • Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to shape GTM strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on sales methodologies and best practices.

Qualification

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10–15 years of overall sales experience, with at least 5+ years in Salesforce solution sales.
  • Proven experience working in MNC environments with structured processes and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong track record of selling to international clients (US/UK/EU/APAC).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, licensing models, cloud offerings, and implementation service models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage large enterprise accounts and multi-million dollar deals.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and consultative selling skills.
