SAP SD Consultant

Responsibilities: 
• End-to-end ownership of SAP SD implementation and support activities
• Requirement gathering and preparation of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
• Work as an individual contributor and manage client-facing responsibilities
• Manage L2/L3 helpdesk support for SAP SD & PS modules
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom objects
• Participate in hyper-care and provide production support
• Provide strong process knowledge with problem-solving abilities
• Collaborate with business teams and implementation teams for smooth delivery
• Handle multiple tasks and share timely updates with stakeholders
• Participate in testing phases: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
• Ability to resolve configuration-related issues and suggest improvements
• Prepare required reports in the SAP SD module

Required Skills: 
• 5–6 years of functional experience in SAP SD
• At least one full lifecycle implementation in SAP Public Cloud
• Hands-on configuration experience in S/4 HANA Public Cloud
Strong knowledge of:
1.Sales document types
2.Pricing procedure
  3.Customer pricing
4.Tax conditions & localization
5.E-invoicing
• Good understanding of SAP SD integration with PS/Professional Services
• Experience in handling support tickets and SLAs
• Strong documentation & communication skills
• Experience in inter-company billing
• Good understanding of testing tools (test cases, defect tracking)
• Able to generate reports as per business needs
• Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
