Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce (SFDC) development and a proven track record of delivering successful CRM projects. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, deep technical expertise, and the ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
- Lead end-to-end development activities, including requirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admins, Architects, Business Analysts, QA) to deliver successful CRM initiatives.
- Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP web services, middleware platforms, and event-driven approaches.
- Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Salesforce security and coding standards.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce releases, features, and platform capabilities to drive innovation.
Expertise in:
- Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components
- SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and configuration components
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Experience working with Salesforce API integrations and third-party systems.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices (CI/CD).
- Salesforce Developer Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.).
- Exposure to Salesforce architectural best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver solutions on time.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
