Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
Lead end-to-end development activities including requirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admins, Architects, Business Analysts, QA) to deliver successful CRM initiatives.
Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP web services, middleware platforms, and event-driven approaches.
Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Salesforce security and coding standards.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
Stay updated on new Salesforce releases, features, and platform capabilities to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) development experience.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in Salesforce environments.
Expertise in:
Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components
SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP)
Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and configuration components
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and governor limits.
Experience working with Salesforce API integrations and third-party systems.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices (CI/CD).
Salesforce Developer Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:-
Experience with version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.).
Exposure to Salesforce architectural best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver solutions on time.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
