Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current MCAE configuration, assets, automation, and campaign processes.
• Configure and validate email sending, authentication, sender profiles, and business unit readiness.
• Support development and execution of IP warm-up schedules.
• Define and implement bounce, unsubscribe, spam complaint, and suppression processes.
• Support campaign execution, testing, and audience activation activities.
• Monitor deliverability metrics, domain reputation, inbox placement, and engagement performance.
• Provide operational recommendations and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
