Software Test Engineer (Healthcare Application)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications.
• Validate Android and iOS applications to ensure seamless user experience and performance.
• Test REST and GraphQL APIs using tools such as Postman and other API testing frameworks.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution using JIRA or similar defect management tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Participate in Gen AI application testing, including prompt validation, response evaluation, and quality assessment.
• Ensure adherence to Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in Mobile Application Testing (Android & iOS).
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Experience in API Testing using Postman and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Gen AI Application Testing and Prompt Engineering concepts.
• Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
• Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking and test management tools.
• Expertise in testing both Web Applications and Mobile Applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Healthcare Domain.
• Hands-on experience with Appium and/or Selenium.
• Knowledge of Java or JavaScript for test automation.
• Experience in Chatbot Testing and Conversational AI validation.
